After going through a traumatic Motor Vehicle Accident in 2012 Lana’s whole life changed. She lost her identity and fell into a depression with serious PTSD.

Through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Mindfulness she is now living her best life by loving the person she has become; even with all the scars and pain she has endured along the way.
